During the summers of 1937 to 1940, artists Worth Griffin and Clyfford Still, representing Washington State College hosted an art colony in Nespelem, bringing artists from across the country to paint on the Colville Indian Reservation. The documentary explores the forming of the art colony over four summers on the Colville Indian Reservation.
